  • Make delicious vegan whipped cream by keeping your coconut milk in the fridge and simply whipping it up like regular whipped cream

 

  • Heat up your dairy free milk before putting it in your coffee – non-dairy milk can curdle in coffee, but heating it up will prevent this from happening

 

  • Need buttermilk? Just add vinegar or lemon to dairy free milk

 

  • Use avocado as a butter alternative during baking – just mash it up
