FAQ’S

How do I sign up as a Dazzle Dry Professional?

To become a Dazzle Dry Pro, create an account on our Pro website and provide information on your nail tech, cosmetology, or esthetician license. Your account will be approved immediately.

Does Dazzle Dry offer educational courses and training?

Dazzle Dry offers complimentary training to all professionals with a Pro account via an online course, with no purchase necessary. In-house training may be available based on your location. Zoom and phone support are also available. Contact education@dazzledry.com to get started.

My salon/spa was previously listed on DD’s locator, why is it not listed?

Salons/spas that have not completed annual refresher training after being contacted by the Education Department will be hidden on the locator until the training is completed. Contact education@dazzledryaustralia.com.au

Do I need to be licensed as a beauty professional?

Yes. In order to be a Dazzle Dry pro, a nail technician, cosmetology, or esthetician license is required.

How do I qualify to get on the salon locator?

Once your salon has purchased the full-size DD system+ Revive, a minimum of 36 lacquers (no duplicates, no minis) and all DD service providers have completed our e-course, you can be listed on the locator. All Salon Locator businesses must be licensed and abide by individual state guidelines. A business establishment license must be provided to the education team upon request. Ongoing annual training is required to stay on the Salon Locator. We reserve the right to remove any salon/spa from the Locator at our discretion. Do you have an affiliate program?
