WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Dazzle Dry Australia & New Zealand ships orders to Australia, New Zealand & Indonesia.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 2 business days from Sydney's Northern Beaches where we hold all stock. On occasion, couriers can’t keep up with delivery demands. From time to time we also experience delays with FedEx with incoming international shipments.
Once the order has been collected by the courier we have no control over the delivery times. We use Australia Post. As nail polish is classed as dangerous and hazardous because it is flammable we do have limited choice of delivery services. We can now ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Dazzle Dry is manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona, USA by the owner and creator of Dazzle Dry, Dr. Vivian Valenty. Made cruelty free.

New Shipping Insurance Cover
Due to ongoing - and increasing - Australia Post delivery issues (lost, stolen, and/or damaged), we have implemented Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is only available on items shipped to Australia and New Zealand at this stage.
In your cart, you will now see a Shipping Insurance section that protects your shipment, for a small fee of AUD 4.95.
You can opt-out of this insurance of course; however, we strongly recommend this be taken up.
Please understand: if your parcel is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, we may not be able to resend without further payment. If you accept the Shipping Insurance, your parcel is fully protected and in the event of any of the above issues, will be resent promptly.
To claim against the insurance, please contact us immediately, at Support@DazzleDry.com.au informing us of the lost, stolen, and/or damaged parcel.
Returns Policy
We have a no-refund or exchange policy or cancellations.
Importing Nail Polish is expensive and complicated, it is classed as flammable and dangerous goods and needs special handling.
